Job Qualifications
- Proven working experience in retail HR Function.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written in English or Chinese is prefer.
- Translation requirement documents (Chinese-English-Khmer)
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate and effectivelyeducate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matter.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, writing, monitor HR regulation/policies and disciplinaryprocedures for internal process.
- Manage manpower plan.
- Employment agreement management
- Job Announcement, Recruiting & selection as per requested by respective function
- Develop and update JD for all position base on the current need of company
- Update staff turnover & Organization Chart
- Interpret and advise on employment law
- Labor and compliance documents (NSSF, work permit, employee handbooks, etc.)
- Employee Transfer and Promotion processing and recording
- Issue an Employee certification & recommendation
- Prepare staff payroll and proceed to Finance Dept.
- Communicate with external partners, agency, and Ministry
- Work closely with others Head Dept. and Headcount Recruitment
- Perform Other Tasks Assigned by Manager and Top Management.
