Job Qualifications
• Fluent in Chinese is a must, 
• At least 2 years working experience in related field, 
• Knowledge of computer literacy in Ms. Word, Excel, Internet and Email,
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Honest and hardworking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
Job Responsibilities
• Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
• Welcome the client when he arrives in the Service Area and guide to customer lounge
• Determine the nature of the client’s visit. Escort the client to the appropriate department/area.
• Inform the Service Advisor of the client’s arrival.
• Introduce the client to the Advisor and explain the nature of the visit.
• Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
• Other responsibility will be assigned by Supervisor/Manager
